UniMac's comprehensive laundry design program allows you to see your laundry plans as dimensional drawings, full color layouts or professional 3D renderings.

The Dimensional Drawing Package

This blueprint-style drawing shows layout and placement of equipment, utility requirements, equipment elevations, foundation requirements and detailed location information for the equipment. You will also receive a CD containing specifications and installation manuals for all of the equipment in the layout.

The Presentation Layout Package

This package provides a professional presentation of a laundry facility layout. This includes a 3D color rendering of your proposed facility along with a full color layout.

Laundry Sizing Analysis and Operating Cost Estimate

This analysis is based on information provided by your company. It is intended as an estimate only, but will provide valuable information as you plan your laundry facility. This analysis estimates:

• Capital investment dollars
• Operating costs
• Savings and projected payback of the investment
• Daily and weekly laundry volume in pounds
• Equipment capacity requirements
• Number of operators required to meet expected laundry capacity
• Total daily weekly and monthly operating costs
• Unit cost per pound of laundry
• Utility consumption information for all machines in the laundry
